High-energy group sessions for athletes of every level, age 7 and up. Each session is skills-focused — footwork, handles, shooting, and decision-making. Coaches are on the floor with you, not watching from the sideline. Small groups mean real reps and real feedback, every single session.
Elite semi-private training for athletes who are serious about taking their game further. Sessions are capped at 10 athletes to guarantee live defense reps, hands-on attention, and IQ development through real-time decision-making in a high-intensity environment. Built for youth 12–14 and high school athletes who are skill-ready and want to push consistently. Youth athletes train 2x per week minimum. High school athletes can go up to 6x per week.
One trainer. One athlete. Everything focused on what your specific game needs. Private sessions are scheduled flexibly — before or after group sessions, mornings, or evenings. Choose from a standard private workout, add a film breakdown session, or train with CoachIQ performance tracking. Great for athletes who want more direct, individualized development on top of group training.
