All Levels
Regular Group Training

High-energy group sessions for athletes of every level, age 7 and up. Each session is skills-focused — footwork, handles, shooting, and decision-making. Coaches are on the floor with you, not watching from the sideline. Small groups mean real reps and real feedback, every single session.

Private Playmaking Group

Elite semi-private training for athletes who are serious about taking their game further.Sessions are capped at 10 athletes to guarantee live defense reps, hands-on attention, and IQ development through real-time decision-making in a high-intensity environment. Built for youth 12–14 and high school athletes who are skill-ready and want to push consistently. Youth athletes train 2x per week minimum. High school athletes can go up to 6x per week.

Hybrid:Private Playmaking Group + Private Training

The ultimate combo for athletes who are serious about getting better. You get the high-intensity group environment — live defense, real reps, and IQ development with a cap of 10 athletes — plus dedicated 1-on-1 sessions focused entirely on your game. Group training sharpens your reads and instincts, private training locks in the skills that make them count. Two powerful programs, one complete development plan.

Private 1-on-1 Training

One trainer. One athlete. Everything focused on what your specific game needs. Private sessions are scheduled flexibly — before or after group sessions, mornings, or evenings. Choose from a standard private workout, add a film breakdown session, or train with CoachIQ performance tracking. Great for athletes who want more direct, individualized development on top of group training.

Weekday Sessions

  • Monday4:15 – 5:15 PM
    7:30 – 8:30 PM (St. Francis HS)
  • Tue & Thu4:30 – 5:30 PM
    6:00 – 7:00 PM (Shooting)
    7:00 – 8:00 PM
  • Wednesday4:15 – 5:15 PM

Weekend Sessions

  • Saturday9:00 – 10:00 AM

Session length: 1 hour. Max 8 athletes. All skill levels, age 7+.

Join a regular group training session. High-energy, skills-focused, and great for all levels. Perfect if you just want to drop in for a single workout.

Private Individual + I.Q & Film

Master the mental game by bridging the gap between film study and on-court execution. After a deep-dive analysis of your game footage, we build a customized 1-on-1 workout to correct habits and sharpen your tactical decision-making

Private Partner + IQ & Film

Develop elite chemistry and situational awareness alongside a teammate through shared film breakdown and partner-based drills. This session focuses on reading the defense in real-time, ensuring both players translate scouting insights into competitive game results.

Private Playmaking Group Drop-In

Join a high-intensity semi-private session. Capped at 10 athletes for live defense reps, hands-on attention, and IQ development.
